Delivery:
When will my order be delivered?
You’ll see the estimated delivery lead time next to each product on the website. for more information, please see our Shipping & Tax page.
I have not received my delivery?
If the order does not arrive on the stated day, you can contact corieur supplier, responsible for transporting goods. If you want, you can send us an email and we will contact the carrier.
How much does home delivery cost?
Delivery costs are defined by supplier corieur, and you can find them on each product page.
Does Italian Design Store deliver overseas?
Yes, but we only deliver to European countries.
How can I track my order?
Yes. Italian Design Store will undertake to inform you periodically the status of your order via email. In addition, at any time you can know the delivery status of your order by request via e-mail at contact@italiandesign-store.com
What to do in case some product got damaged in transit?
If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged then please contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out straight away.
Can I change my delivery address?
Usually your delivery address can be amended, however this will depend on the status of the order. If it has been shipped to the carrier and there are less than 48 hours to delivery then it will not be possible to change. If you would like your order to be delivered to an alternative delivery address please contact customer services us as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay with:

- Via PayPal with most major credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, American Express.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After sending the order form, Italian Design Store will send you an email confirmation of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?
In accordance with the existing legislation, a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. For details see Shipping & Tax page.
Returns
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

How long do I have to return an item?
Please, inform us if you wish to returns the goods within 14 days beginning on the day after you received your goods.
Is there a charge for returning a product?
yes. If you have received your goods, but have decided that its not quite what you were looking for, then don’t worry, you can return the goods and receive a full refund, less our courier charges,
Refunds
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time, as long as your order has not been dispatched or is a bespoke or personalized item. Simply let us know by writing an email or via our contact page. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled but can be returned as our returns policy.
When will I be credited for my return?
If you are using our courier to collect the goods, we will refund you as soon as we have confirmation from our courier that the goods have been collected from you.
I have not received my refund?
If you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
