We want to make things as simple and convenient as possible for our customers.

The ordered products are delivered directly to your home by courier supplier at the address specified by the customer when ordering, complete the relevant transport document and invoice. After the compilation of the specific module, the order will be passed to the company provider that will transport the goods by your courier. Delivery can be made only in Europe.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are defined by supplier courier and will be calculated based on the weight of the goods ordered, the delivery location and the size of the order. For further information contact the courier.

Delivery Time

the delivery time will be indicated in the product page and may vary between different carriers. For more detailed information contact the courier. The product data sheets will report an approximate delivery time may suffer delays or advances to us not directly attributable. Italian Design Store places the greatest attention to the timing of delivery specified in the order, but can not be held responsible in the event of long delays in delivery due to delay of the shipping company or force majeure that could prevent delivery.

If product shipped to the customer, will be returned to you for reasons attributable to the customer (eg: wrong address, absence the customer upon delivery, etc..) Italy Design Store can not be held responsible. The expense will be borne by customer. Delivery is conditional on respect, by the client, all of payment deadlines agreed.

Order processing time

The interval time that elapses from order entry to delivery of product to the courier responds to 5 days.

Products guarantee

Italian Design Store has a great cure for articles posted. In the event that products are affected by lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery, the customer is covered by the guarantee in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 o manufacturing defects imputable to the manufacturer. The duration of the guaratnee covers defects of conformity which becomes apparent within two years. If you received your item and it is damaged, defective, or materially different, you must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your delivery. You can find further information in Returns section.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the existing Community legislation, a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and penalty. This right may be exercised within 10 days from receipt of the product, by sending an email indicating the order number, the invoice, the code and the number of items.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• The right is applied to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product (components, accessories, etc …).
• The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc …).
• The shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

The law lapses completely when Italian Design Store ascertain:

• The lack of external and / or internal packaging.
• The absence of elements of the product (accessories, parts, manuals, …).
• Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
