Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as your order has not been dispatched or is a bespoke or personalised item. Simply let us know by writing an email or via our contact page. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled but can be returned as per our returns policy.

Returns, Collection Charges and Refunds

If you have received your goods, but have decided that its not quite what you were looking for, then don’t worry, you can return the goods and receive a full refund, less our courier charges, should you wish for us to arrange the collection.
If you would prefer to arrange your own courier to return your item(s), then that’s fine too, just let us know which you’d prefer. However, if you wish to use your own courier, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss incurred.

Returns

Please, inform us by writing an email or via our contact page that you wish to return the goods. Note that you need to inform us within 14 days beginning on the day after you received your goods that you wish to return your item.

Collection Charges

If you so wish to, you can use your own courier, at your own expense, to collect your goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packaged, ideally in their originally boxes and you do have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

Refunds

We won’t keep you waiting for your money back. If you are using our courier to collect the goods, then we will refund you as soon as we have confirmation from our courier that the goods have been collected from you. If you are using your own courier, then your refund will be processed once the goods are returned to our warehouse and inspected for possible damage.

Defective or missing parts

If, in the rare event you are missing any parts or fixings, then please contact us immediately to allow us to get your parts to you straight away.

Damages

If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged then please contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out straight away.
